Sensing Layer: ESA Electrical Safety Monitoring Alarm Device deployed at substation main distribution cabinet and high-voltage switch cabinet auxiliary circuit, ESE Electrical Safety Monitoring Device deployed at secondary circuit and auxiliary electrical equipment, ESX Electrical Safety Monitoring Device deployed at distribution facilities key nodes, covering electrical safety and equipment status multi-dimensional monitoring.
Network Layer: Each sensing terminal connects via RS485 bus (Modbus-RTU protocol) access FG Smart Gateway, FG Gateway uploads via power private network/4G cellular network uplink to grid internal grid network, key nodes point supporting dual-link redundant backup to ensure data transmission reliability.
Platform Layer: Data aggregates to FEXLINK Cloud Platform (privately deployed at grid enterprise data center), provide web and mobile visualization dashboard, real-time alarm, history trend analysis, O&M work order dispatch, compliance report auto generation, multi-role permission management and other functions.
Integration Layer: Cloud platform through standard IEC 61850 / REST API / Modbus TCP protocol, integrates with grid existing SCADA, PMS production management system, OMS O&M management system, achieves data sharing and linked alarm, unified into O&M work order process.
