Arc Fault Detector (FA)
Detects parallel and series arc faults with local sound and light alarm and platform upload. Overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent thresholds are adjustable, and 5000 events are logged.
Overview
Key Features
Dual arc detection
Parallel and series arcs both identified, reducing false alarms.
Local sound and light alarm
Audible and visual warning issued as soon as an arc is detected.
RS485 alarm upload
RS485 standard, with alarms reported to the supervisory system.
Electrical parameter protection
Overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent thresholds are configurable.
Event log storage
The most recent 5000 events are retained for traceability.
DIN rail mounting
Standard 35mm DIN rail, installed inside the enclosure.

FAQ
Which types of arc fault can be detected?
Both parallel arcs and series arcs are detected, which covers hazards such as ageing wiring and poor contact in final circuits.
Can the protection parameters be adjusted?
Overvoltage 200~300V, undervoltage 100~187V, overcurrent 5~63A and arc count 2~30 are all adjustable. Factory settings are 260V, 160V, 32A and 10 respectively.
How are alarms raised and uploaded?
An arc produces a local sound and light alarm with an LCD indication, and the alarm is uploaded to the monitoring platform over RS485 at 9600bps. The event is also written to the log, which keeps the most recent 5000 records.
Where is it installed and what load can it monitor?
The detector mounts on a 35mm DIN rail inside the distribution enclosure. It monitors loads of AC63A and below, equivalent to circuits of 10kW and below.
What certification applies and how is pricing provided?
Certification is held through a CE / CMA / CNAS accredited laboratory. Price is quoted per unit and quantity; Request a quote with the model code and the protection settings required.
