On May 22, 2026, FEXLINK Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and a major domestic manufacturing enterprise officially signed a strategic partnership agreement in Shenzhen. The two parties will collaborate for three years on three major directions: plant electrical safety monitoring, energy efficiency management optimization, and industrial carbon reduction data foundation building, based on FEXLINK's full-stack Digital Energy IoT solution. The first phase of the project will cover 50+ key distribution nodes across the customer's two major production bases in South China and East China, building an integrated digital energy management system from terminal sensing and edge computing to cloud platform operations, helping the customer accelerate the achievement of "14th Five-Year Plan" energy efficiency improvement and carbon peak goals.
According to the agreement, FEXLINK will provide the customer with an end-to-end product portfolio including smart lightning protection SPD monitoring modules, electrical safety monitoring terminals, multi-element electrical intelligent controllers, FG intelligent gateways, and the FEXLINK Cloud 3.0 platform, along with methodology consulting and system integration services based on the SLCIE Capability Model (Sense / Link / Compute / Intelligence / Evolution). The project will leverage FEXLINK's real-time acquisition capability of 260+ electrical parameters, 1μS-level transient response, and 10μA-level leakage monitoring accuracy to achieve panoramic perception of the customer's plant distribution nodes, providing a data foundation for the high-quality operation of the subsequent 27 sub-model electrical safety diagnostic system and 408 national standard rule engine.
In the electrical safety dimension, the project will systematically deploy a smart early warning engine composed of multi-dimensional fault diagnosis and 60+ algorithm models, expected to achieve 99.2% early warning accuracy and less than 3-second alarm response, significantly reducing the customer's plant electrical fire and leakage accident risks. In the energy efficiency management dimension, FEXLINK will build a plant-level energy efficiency management system covering multiple energy types including electricity, compressed air, cooling, and steam based on the five-layer "cloud-pipe-edge-end-use" architecture, enabling online energy consumption metering for key processes, energy efficiency benchmarking analysis, and energy-saving opportunity identification, helping the customer steadily reduce comprehensive energy consumption per unit of product.
The strategic partnership agreement also specifies that the two parties will jointly build a "Digital Energy Joint Innovation Laboratory" to conduct joint R&D around cutting-edge directions including edge AI inference, solar-storage-charging integrated monitoring, oil tank grounding resistance online monitoring, and carbon emission accounting. FEXLINK will open up FEXLINK Cloud 3.0's multi-tenant operations capability and 60+ algorithm model online invocation APIs, allowing the customer to feed back algorithm iteration based on its own scenario data, forming a virtuous closed loop of "data-algorithm-value." Meanwhile, the two parties will jointly apply for national and provincial-level smart manufacturing, green factory, and industrial internet demonstration projects, jointly promoting the standardized deployment of Digital Energy IoT in large manufacturing enterprises.
