The new version adopts a unified stream-batch real-time data architecture that can stably ingest 260+ electrical parameters from FG smart gateways and SFA multi-element intelligent electrical controllers, supporting million-level concurrent data point writes per second and sub-second query responses. Built on 1μS-level transient waveform capture and 10μA-level leakage monitoring accuracy, the data middle platform builds a complete plant-level distribution node panoramic view for customers, and natively supports unified storage and associative retrieval of time-series data, waveform data, event data, and alarm data — providing a high-quality data foundation for the subsequent 27-sub-model electrical safety diagnosis and 408 national standard rule engine.
The AI algorithm middle platform in Cloud 3.0 enables online invocation and visual orchestration of 60+ algorithm models. Customers can use drag-and-drop workflows to flexibly combine multi-dimensional fault diagnosis, electrical fire early warning, energy efficiency anomaly identification, load forecasting, and power quality analysis algorithms into business-scenario-based analysis tasks — deploying and iterating algorithms without writing code. In typical electrical fire early warning scenarios, Cloud 3.0 stably delivers a 99.2% early warning accuracy and less than 3-second alarm response, improving algorithm invocation latency and concurrent processing capacity by 35% and 60% respectively over version 2.0. Meanwhile, the algorithm middle platform supports customers in online fine-tuning algorithms based on their own scenario data, forming a virtuous "data-algorithm-value" closed loop.
The operations middle platform is a key capability reinforcement of Cloud 3.0 for distributed energy asset management scenarios. The new version natively supports multi-tenant isolation and tiered permission management, enabling group-level enterprises to simultaneously operate multiple production bases, multiple subsidiaries, or multiple park projects on a single Cloud 3.0 instance — achieving resource isolation, data isolation, and billing isolation. The operations middle platform also has built-in capabilities for asset ledgers, O&M work orders, alarm distribution, SLA management, and report export, covering the full business flow from distribution sensing and energy efficiency analysis to O&M scheduling — helping customers build a complete "sensing-diagnosis-decision-execution" Digital Energy operations closed loop.
FEXLINK Cloud 3.0 has passed ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System certification, fully supporting tenant-level data isolation, transport-layer TLS 1.3 encryption, static data AES-256 encrypted storage, and multi-factor authentication — meeting the security requirements of high-compliance industry clients in power, petrochemicals, rail transit, and public utilities.
